     On May 10, 2021, the Shaanxi Province China Brand Day theme promotion event and the 9th Shaanxi  Quality Award  Ceremony were held in Xi'an. Wei Jianfeng, vice governor of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and member of the Party Leadership Group, presented awards to the organizations that won the 9th Quality Award. Sirui won the 9th Shaanxi Quality Award. Chairman Wang Wenbin took the stage to accept the award and made the initiative of "Building a Foundation for Quality and Creating an Era of Quality".
